Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This policy explains how ShowReady uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) when you visit getshowready.co.uk. Under UK law we only use non-essential technologies — like usage analytics — if you accept them.
Essential & functional
These are needed for the site to work or to remember your choices. They’re always on and don’t require consent.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| showready_cookie_consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask again. | Until you clear it |
| showready:favourites | Local storage | Remembers listings you save as favourites on this device. | Until you clear it |
| sb-…-auth-token | Cookie | Keeps you signed in — only set if you create an account and log in. | Session / until sign-out |
Analytics (only with your consent)
These help us understand how many people visit and which pages they use, so we can improve ShowReady. They only run if you select Accept. We do not use any third-party advertising or tracking services, and we don’t sell your data.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| showready_visitor_id | Local storage | A random ID that lets us recognise repeat visits for anonymous usage analytics. | Until you clear it |
| showready_session_id | Session storage | A random ID grouping the pages you view in a single visit. | Until you close the tab |
| Usage logs | Server-side | When analytics is accepted, we record the pages visited, the site you came from, your browser type and approximate IP address to understand our traffic. | Retained for our analytics records |
Managing your choice
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using (also in the site footer), or by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. Rejecting analytics won’t affect how the site works.
